The NEET UG 2026 Paper Leak Investigation has entered a crucial phase as investigators focus on two brothers from rural Jaipur who are suspected of playing a major role in the alleged circulation of leaked examination material. The latest development comes as agencies continue probing irregularities linked to the medical entrance examination conducted on May 3, which was later cancelled after allegations of paper leaks and serious procedural violations surfaced.

The controversy surrounding the examination triggered nationwide concern among students and parents after reports emerged suggesting that confidential examination content may have been circulated before the test. Following mounting pressure and findings from multiple agencies, authorities initiated a large-scale investigation to uncover the source of the leak and identify individuals involved in the network.

According to investigators, brothers Dinesh Bival and Mangilal have now come under intense scrutiny. Police suspect the duo may have played a central role in obtaining and circulating a leaked question paper that later spread among candidates as a so-called “guess paper.” Investigators are examining their financial links, communication records, and possible connections with intermediaries allegedly involved in the network.

The NEET UG 2026 Paper Leak Investigation reportedly took a major turn after Rajasthan Police questioned Rakesh Mandawariya, owner of RK Consultancy in Sikar. During interrogation, investigators claim he admitted purchasing the leaked paper from the two brothers for approximately ₹15 lakh. Authorities suspect that after the transaction, the material circulated among students preparing for the examination.

Officials believe the issue gained national attention after the paper allegedly reached a whistleblower, who subsequently informed examination authorities. This information reportedly triggered a broader investigation involving multiple agencies and eventually led to closer scrutiny of the examination process.

Police sources stated that Dinesh Bival and Mangilal are primarily engaged in farming and property-dealing activities. Investigating teams are now examining whether family members may have appeared for medical entrance examinations in previous years and whether any pattern exists that could help establish links to the broader network.

Investigators are also looking into reports suggesting that Dinesh’s son, Rishi, had been preparing for the examination in Sikar, while several children from Mangilal’s family reportedly appeared for medical entrance tests in recent years. Officials are attempting to determine whether these details have any direct relevance to the ongoing investigation.

The NEET UG 2026 Paper Leak Investigation further expanded after agencies reportedly traced another possible connection involving a Gurugram-based Ayurveda student identified as Yash Yadav. Investigators suspect that the Jaipur brothers may have obtained the leaked material from him for amounts ranging between ₹15 lakh and ₹20 lakh.

Officials are now conducting detailed financial examinations to establish the movement of money and identify possible beneficiaries. Sources connected to the inquiry suggest investigators are studying digital payment trails, communication records, and travel details to map the network.

The CBI has reportedly initiated face-to-face questioning involving Yash Yadav and the two brothers as part of efforts to uncover the full structure of the alleged operation. Agencies believe these interrogations may provide crucial information regarding how examination material was obtained and distributed.

The NEET UG 2026 Paper Leak Investigation has once again raised serious concerns regarding the security and credibility of large national examinations. Education experts argue that recurring controversies involving examination leaks create uncertainty among students and undermine trust in competitive testing systems.

The cancellation of the examination affected lakhs of students across the country and sparked widespread anger among aspirants and parents. Several student groups and educational organisations have demanded strict action against individuals responsible for any wrongdoing and called for stronger security mechanisms.

Authorities have urged students and parents not to rely on unverified information circulating online and instead follow official updates regarding the examination process. Officials also warned against the spread of misinformation while investigations remain ongoing.

As investigators continue tracing financial transactions and questioning suspects, the NEET UG 2026 Paper Leak Investigation is expected to remain one of the biggest education and crime stories in the country in the coming days. More revelations may emerge as agencies attempt to uncover the full extent of the alleged network behind the controversy.
