Officials stated that OMR-based examinations had weaknesses that created opportunities for misuse and manipulation. NEET Re-Exam to Continue in Offline Mode

Officials announced that the re-exam will take place on June 21 and candidates will receive certain relaxations, including additional examination time and procedural support. Students will also not be required to complete fresh registrations, while previously submitted details will remain valid.
Authorities confirmed that revised admit cards would be issued before the examination and students have been advised to follow only official updates. The government also assured candidates that examination fees would not increase because of the re-exam process.
